Our mission is to prevent food insecurity through education, opportunity, and resources, and to provide a sanctuary for therapeutic healing.

Sarah’s Garden is a vibrant educational community garden dedicated to promoting healthy food and education. Believing that these initiatives are crucial to ending food insecurity, the garden offers a variety of classes tailored for new gardeners. By fostering a supportive environment, Sarah’s Garden empowers individuals to grow their own nutritious food and gain valuable knowledge in sustainable gardening practices.

Growing food is great, but sometimes you need a place to start. If you’ve never gardened before, don’t sweat it! There are lots of people at Sarah’s Garden who are happy to give you advice. You’ll meet beginners, experts, and everyone in-between.
